We love music! We live for music! We are committed to the calling of like minded individuals for the times of our lives. This is the basis from which our project has been incepted. Now we are creating communities for music & the arts. Our community has been built by music lovers, for music lovers. Our community is all about the music, the love of the arts...and having fun! This project has been in motion since 2002 and we will be launching our introductory resort in Fall 2006 with the Music Village.
This resort will have you, the festival patron with a love of music,in mind. This resort will be the foundation for a lifetime of experiences that would be the envy of any music lover. With our love for the arts & having fun, the creation of the most wonderful community shall blossom.

Inner Circle Events

We are committed to making all our events & venues available to our residents & members first. This availability also will be extended to all friends & family of or residents & members. We strive to make all of our venues & events exceptional experiences. We feel by offering tickets to our residents & members before releasing tickets to the open market, we can achieve this.

Prospective Venues

We are in search of land for our resort locations virtually everywhere. Do you have a unique property for sale? Are you seeking a purchaser to provide asking price? Don't want to pay a realtor commission? If your property has water front, mountain land, pasture with pond or any tract that would be an outstanding gathering spot to make music, contact us with your information & we will consider your property.

How the Music Village is Different

Our resorts will be all about the music ... & having fun! Here are a few points that make Music Village Resorts different:

We will be providing smaller, intimate venues for those not interested in dealing with massive crowds. Our venues are for 1,000 to 9,000 patrons for each event.
There will be carpet grass turf for bare feet.
Our shower houses provide an array of services including: hot & cold water, showers & hot tubs, lockers & masseurs.
We have no commercial sponsors. What this means for you is that there will be no one trying to sell you anything while you relax at our resorts.
We provide an array of different camping choices for you. There are family camping areas for those wanting a peaceful time with loved ones . There are also festive camping areas for those wanting a party atmosphere during their camping experience. We also provide a village vendor/market & village center in a full service resort.
Unlike most resorts, ours is a resort with grassroots venues that will strive to become a grassroots community.

Residential living within the Music Village

The Music Villages will consist of work, homesite and play communities with home/villa/cabin sites located within the venue areas. These residential sites will provide members access to all of the events at Music Village Resorts. These villages will include a clubhouse & pool, boutiques, year round pavilion events, & unique community features to set it apart from other communities.

This is an outstanding investment opportunity for anyone who has yet to reap the benefits of a resort home. A resort home is not only an affordable investment,but will also provide a great asset for those retirement years. Our resorts will not only include home sites, villas & cabins, but will also include a lodge. Our resort lodges will consist of 40 to 400 rooms that will be outfitted with a gym, pool, housekeeping & hospitality staff. There will also be full banquet facilities & an indoor venue with tavern.

Market boutiques within the Music Village

Own your own commercial real estate! Within the village are the market areas consisting of shops, boutiques, offices & restaurants. These will be permanent buildings and will make up the main street of our villages. These spaces will be very limited & will be sold out quickly. We will also ground lease long-term for the vendor village.
